The Wholesale Supplier advises that the Performance Degradation during peak times are still ongoing.

Estimated Time of Resolution (ETR) : 20/11/2019

However, interim solutions are being explored to minimize the impact.

Our wholesale supplier has confirmed that the Outage is Restored.
