Update: The supplier has completed some changes to most of the services affected by this outage and we can see those services are stable now. The supplier is in the process of changing settings for other customers as well and will be completed in the near future. Please await further updates. Exetel...

The supplier is currently implementing a fix for the impacted services.

The Wholesale Supplier is unable to provide us with an Estimated Time of Restoration at this stage
