Supplier extended the estimated for the restoration and currently there is no Estimated Time of Resolution provided.

Our wholesale supplier advised that the outage will be restored by 28th of September 2018, 19:00 AEST

The outage is still going on.

Our supplier could not provide an estimated time of restoration as of yet. However our wholesale supplier confirmed that the technicians are on the site to fix the issue.

Our supplier confirmed Fiber Team onsite at joint 5.7Kms from Clarence St DC, have commenced splicing.

Our supplier could not provide an Estimated Time of Restoration as of yet.

Update We can see most of the services are currently online. But still we didn't receive any update from our supplier regards to the outage.
