If someone were to get a copyright nasty-gram, would changing your IP address afterwards have any benefit?
Do Exetel record details of old IP address?
Is there any need for VPN and, if so, is there a cheap one which would do the job?

How about an alternative to Optus?
As a rural iPhone user, all data has to roam via Tel$tra.

Unemployed should NOT benefit from any discount. If they are doing an accredited course and NEED the internet, they are eligible for additional funding. I already pay for their drugs and ridiculous music. I'll be buggered if I'm going to subsidise any more "entertainment". I don't mind exetel's carb...
