i gotta say, that i follow you on this one. first, the net (overall) is terrible the past few weeks and i recommended a customer to use exetel for soho. i am now wondering if this wasnt such a good idea, considering the speed/sync issues myself and alot of others are experiencing have gone unresolve...

i have to add to this too.
i am in campbelltown , south sydney (minto exchange) and the speeds are getting worse every week. for a while now, i have reported this many times and nothing is done...
dont get me started on the crawl that is the off-peak period...

sorry but i must add to the conga-line of lag... every night, i mean every night after 12, its bogged down... it just seems that the 'reason/excuse' is P2P and downloaders. sorry, but i am not paying $$month to watch the congestion... cant exetel allow or segment badwidth for this, i mean to an exte...

hi, it appears i cannot send email via smtp.nsw.exetel.com.au at present.
it was working earlier today. now any mail i send outbound to any domain returns an error:
sorry, cannot contact your smtp mail server etc....
is this related to the above issue?

Hi, can i suggest adding Horde module for using webmail? there is only squirrelmail and its been there since the start of webmail with exetel. maybe, have an initial login, then after authentication, your given the choice to then read/view email in either: SquirrelMail, or Horde etc. i suggest this ...
