Re: Help with troubleshooting high pings

Well this problem still exists and its been 8 days since Exetel said they were going to perform a test that left me with the firewall off and I haven't had a status update since, Is there a rep here who can look into the ticket and chase it up?

Re: Off Peak Period Change

I think alot of people would of been happy if Exetel didn't introduce the extra $5/month increase on old plans I was happy on 12GB peak and 54GB off peak, But when I'm expected to pay plan price +$3 admin + $5 for something, which brought the value of that old plan to $3 less than the unlimited plan...

Re: Created new webspace, but getting errors

Hi

I changed the gallery over to a different one, not what I wanted to do, but it'll work the same after some configuration.

But thanks anyway :D

Re: Created new webspace, but getting errors

No the getinfo wouldn't work, it would just appear with the same error,

I've also just realised I can't access https://mydbadmin.home.exetel.com.au with the information I was given, Tried resetting the password it also didn't work.

Re: Created new webspace, but getting errors

Hi,

It does have a htaccess file, permission is set to 705

Tried running that script, but I just get the same error.

Maybe I should try a different one >.<

Hi, I've created a webspace and I've currently uploaded a photo slideshow I wish to use to keep people up to date on my current project car. However I keep getting a 500 internal server error on the webspace, I've tried uploading just a html file with the contents being just test, with the appropria...

Re: The 8MB Issue - Conspiracy Theory Or Reality?

I'm on an 8MB plan and Generally I can download at 770kbps in off peak and upload at 30kbps using download managers. Onpeak lately has been a total disaster between 4pm and 9pm, Exetel is investigating my slowdowns and packet loss at this time, Beforehand it was also fine and could get pretty much m...

Re: Help with troubleshooting high pings

Hi

Thanks for the reply, I have tried it with a Linksys WAG200G and a Billion 7300G, I'm going to pick up a 2wire modem from my cousin at some stage to test it out as well.
If anyone else has any other ideas, please post.
