Re: Withdrawal Of Free Included Services On Older Plans
Perhaps you should wait and see whether the plan change fee changes, as it often does, and becomes lower than the current charges.
Why so high for an automated process to begin with ? How much human interaction is required to run an automated process and what is their hourly rate (...

Re: Withdrawal Of Free Included Services On Older Plans
Exetel Exetel Exetel I am so glad I changed my plan this month and avoided the $90 fee. Could care less about the paying for the services Fax, SMS & VoIP thats why I changed my plan but how rude to inflate the change of plan fee so much. I have been an advocate and told people of your wonderful serv...

Re: Some clarifications required Please.
1 free voip DID is available to ALL plans - ADSL, ADSL2/NakedADSL and HSPA/Wireless. Also you will still have access to fax/sms. The only difference is that there are no freebies - lower plan prices for everyone and let those using a service pay for it, rather than be subsidised by those not using ...

Re: Some clarifications required Please.
Thanks for all the info and clarification. I will contact Billing just to confirm contracts though. The old plan I was on was an offer to migrate from adsl1 to adsl2 with $15 line rental and same download allowances as adsl1. But just doing some sums and I could move to the lower plan and pay for te...

Re: Change To Usage Measurement Times
I'm here using the net at 10pm WST and its being metered as Peak! Which is correct. As all times are now local. Off peak does not start until 0001 WST, unless you have selected 0100 or 0200. Which ever, it will be WST. I checked my usage meter last night at 10:03 pm and it was showing off peak that...

Re: OFF PEAK DOWNLOAD INACCURATE METER USAGE ISSUE
Just had a look at my usage meter and it looks like it has been fixed all readings as they should be.
I will keep an eye on it but looks good at the moment.
Thanks Exetel.

Re: Usage meter showing HIGH volume
You are located in WA - the usage shows this occurred during the off peak period. Some aspects of the recorded usage are questionable, and your port cell flow is low. I'll ask the developers to look into it, it might be related to the recent change to recording the peak / off peak in your local tim...

Re: Usage meter showing HIGH volume
If I were you I would also be checking to ensure your system is secure. If you have a wireless network it would be a good idea to check that it is encrypted and that no one has gained access to it. It would also be a good idea to lodge a ticket with Exetel so they can look into it for you, at least...

I just got home from work to see my offpeak usage at 14.53GB for 1 night. I know I didn't have that much to download.
Whats broken and when will it be fixed.
Also added to a post is FAQ's re the same thing.
Looking forward to a speedy fix
Thanks
