Hi,
The issue appears top have resolved itself as the download speeds yesterday (Monday) were back to normal.
I would still be interested to know what the issue was as it still appeared to be a link issue to me.

Routes to Singapore
Hi, Are there currently any issues with the routes to Singapore as I've been experiencing higher ping times and very slow connectivity to servers located in Singapore when using an NBN VDSL connection lately? Over the past few days my FTP downloads are currently transferring at 0.3Mbps whereas I'd b...

Re: Whats happening in NSW tonight? Dialup>adsl2
I'm experiencing similar issues on the NSW Central Coast.
The one time the speed test that completed I showed download speed of .09.
The other 4 times it either failed on ping test, or timed out on the download.
The Speed test web page even failed to load on some attempts to refresh the page.

Re: Performance Issues accessing Amazon and AWS hosted sites
Hi,
Page load times on Amazon.com were back to normal last night, and download speeds from AWS this morning were also back to normal.
Lets hope the issue is resolved.
Can you share with the Exetel community what the issue was?

Re: Usage Meter in Business User Facilities
Hi,
Any idea when these issues will be fixed as it's still not possible to perform a usage query for 2015 usage as the pages still don't allow selection of the year 2015.

Re: Performance Issues accessing Amazon and AWS hosted sites
Given the number of people who have been complaining about intermittent slow speeds with International sites in recent days on this forum and Whilpool there must be an underlying issue somewhere. As the main overseas sites I've been accessing in recent days are Amazon.com when at home or AWS sites w...

Performance Issues accessing Amazon and AWS hosted sites
Hi, Over the past few days I've noticed performance issues accessing overseas sites (specifically Amazon and AWS hosted sites) from both Exetel ADSL and Fibre services. When accessing the US Amazon site I find that pages often time-out or a very slow to load. When accessing sites which I know are ho...
