I came accross this app a few weeks back and must admit I've found it to be very good.CoreyPlover wrote:I've just come across one more application called Free Download Manager (http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/) which I have just tried out and am very impressed by.

Re: Possible Change To Off Peak Period
Hi, Whilst moving the spike from 12am to 2am would be beneficial to a number of users care must be taken to ensure that this change doesn't impact the probably larger number of users that use their Internet connections for Business Purposes during Business Hours for things like VOIP, VPN and Citrix/...

Re: Report Broken Links/Failed Web Functions Here
Shady, Given that changes to Mobile Plans don't take effect to End of Month the page https://www.exetel.com.au/members/mobile_modify_change_plan.php should have "Agreement: You can submit a plan change request at any time. The old plan for last month pro rata monthly fee still occurs." changed to "A...

Re: Mobile Offerings From Exetel
I personally think the idea of billing per call rather than per minute is a great idea, and would redefine the market if implemented well. I personally wouldn't like to commit to a set amount for a set number of calls each month due to the variable nature of my and my familys mobile usage which is w...

Re: Report Broken Links/Failed Web Functions Here
Shady, I did mention the inconsistencies in my original post hence my query. The following pages refer to the $300 security bond for new users in clause 17.1 http://www.exetel.com.au/mobile_terms_conditions.php http://www.exetel.com.au/business_mobile_terms_conditions.php and the following pages hav...

Does this mean that the $300 bond applies if you pay by Direct Debit?

Re: Report Broken Links/Failed Web Functions Here
Hi, The ADSL 1 PAYU Order Page (https://www.exetel.com.au/order_payu/residential_online_form.php) needs to be updated with lower prices for pre-puchased data. Can you also confirm if the $300 bond still applies to Mobile Services for new customers? I have a couple of family members I'm trying to get...
Re: No VoIP
Hi, We are also experiencing problems with VOIP at the moment. We have over 10 VOIP lines from exetel which usually work flawlessly, but at the today staff have reported that when calling you get ring tone for a few seconds then busy tone. Re: VOIP Down ?
Hi, We're also experiencing problems on our our Exetel VOIP services at multiple locations. All calls to landlines either fail to connect, get an optus message, drop out after 20 seconds or drop out after 2 minutes. Calls to mobiles seem OK. Les PS: I'll lodge a fault ticket. PPS: I have reset the d...

Wireline Pre-Selection Call Rates
Hi, Given that you haven't updated your Small Business Telephone Charges since September 16th 2007 is there any possibility Exetel would consider eliminating the 15c flagfall on STD, Mobile and International calls and slightly reducing the mobile rate? The reason I ask is that providers such a M2 Te...

Thiago,
I was calling from an Exetel VOIP services and tried calling both Sydney Numbers. The same phone has no problems sending DTMF when calling Extels Offices over the same VOIP services.

Re: Telephone Conference Room From Exetel
Hi, I registered a room via user facilities. I dialed the Sydney access number, and entered the room number (1001) followed by # key when prompted, but it just prompts again for the room number. After the 3rd attempt at entering the room number followed by the # key the call is terminated. I've also...

Re: VOIP User Guide
Hi, I'm wanting to know how you can access these features via the keys on a standard handset. I would expect that you should be able to enable, disable, access and use most of these features via feature codes which can be keyed via the keys on a standard handset just like you can when accessing simi...
