Issues at Corrimal?
HI there,
My internet dropped out last night at 1:55am. It's still down. Any known issues.
Anything that can be done to look into it?
I'm on Optus infrastructure.

Re: Two VOIP accounts - one not working
I've given up and went with a Pennytell VOIP plan and it worked first time.
Disappointed I couldn't get it working, or get it sorted here.

Re: Two VOIP accounts - one not working
What is the transport mode that we should use to receive calls?
It is UDP, or TCP, or TLS. Currently it's on auto, but something is still wrong.
Thanks for all suggestions so far.

Re: Two VOIP accounts - one not working
Thanks. Both of you have been helpful I've made changes as per Jokiins suggestions. And I added PCMU. Now, if it has JUST registered, and I call myself, the sound works in both directions. If I leave it 5 minutes, the sound does not work. I'd think it was keep alive, but I've got it at 240 seconds, ...

Re: Two VOIP accounts - one not working
Ok, I’ve tried Jokiins suggestion and it works on the modem, so it must be a setting issue on my Samsung Galaxy S2, running with CSIPsimple. The issue is now happening with both SIP accounts that I have with Exetel. Here are the symptoms. If I ring either of the SIP accounts, the phone rings, but th...

Re: moip problem
If your are using the handset via WiFi behind a ADSL modem which already has VOIP setup, then maybe you need to use a SIP port other than 5060 on the handset, as you would have a clash with the modem's use of 5060. Further, you may need to setup virtual server/port forward for the new SIP port to g...

Two VOIP accounts - one not working
Hi there, I have two exetel VOIP accounts. And one of them is not working. I'm using CSIPsimple on Android. Both accounts are registered fine - that I can see. Yet, when I call out or in on one account, nobody can hear me. (the setting for the codecs covers all the SIP accounts - so everything is th...

Re: calling exetel voip numbers from moip get busy signal
you need to allow multiple voice codecs if you are calling VOIP to VOIP. Because if the destination VOIP Phone or the system is not support G722 or not in their preference list Call Will fail with jokiin is right :) I did have every single coded available, but it wasnt working, so I reduced it to o...

Re: calling exetel voip numbers from moip get busy signal
What should my Codec be?
I'm using C Sip Simple (on Android)
(Odd that its a codec when it works for Non-exetel VOIP calls).
EDIT: just tried G729 (8 kHz), and it seemed to work.

Re: calling exetel voip numbers from moip get busy signal
G722 16kHtz is the only codec I have active, and it is still engaged when I dial from Exetel to Exetel VOIP.
When I call from the mobile, the phone rings and I can answer it normally. It is Exetel to Exetel VOIP where I'm having issues. (might be VOIP to VOIP, but I cant test that).

Re: calling exetel voip numbers from moip get busy signal
Hi there, Not using MOIP, but having similar issues. I'm having similar issues. I cant call exetel VOIP numbers from Exetel VOIP numbers - whether or not they are registered through Exetel provided ADSL. Any suggestions? I'm using one Exetel VOIP account registered through a Draytek 2800 (Exetel ADS...

Re: Three Months Free ADSL
HI there,
I signed up for this plan - or the 6 months free. Not sure which months they are, but I was pretty sure I read that it was 1,2,3 and 10,11,12.
Anyway, my credit card was just invoiced for the first full month. It was also invoiced for the pro-rated first part month.
