Availability Checker Error

Edit - Disgregard this. I've tried again now and i've achieved results that aren't errors. I received the email from Exetel today, about the new plans for adsl2 on Telstra exchanges. Changed to TL-C1 - Peak Time

Hi

My service has just changed over to the TL-C1 plan today but the peak time still seems to be 12pm-2am. I thought it best to check if it should be like this or is it an error. As far as i can see in the plan selections, it should be 12pm-12am.

Here is the result it gave me after checking my number. "Sorry, your ADSL2 order cannot proceed at this moment as the number you entered is not recognized as being connected to an ADSL enabled Powertel exchange" Am i right in assuming this statement translates to "not available"? That is rather disappointing to hear, i nearly thought i'd be able to get adsl2 there, but not to worry. As there are no other options for adsl2 unless changing provider, which i certainly don't want to do, is there any information on when Exetel could provide adsl2 from the GOODNA exchange? Cheers ...
