Re: Mobile plan change fees

Why is it that for one of my mobile services it costs $25 to downgrade the service and $0 to upgrade while the other one costs $50 to downgrade and $25 to upgrade? Seems to be cheaper to churn away with a $2 sim, then churn back. Mycle. It depends on the value of the current mobile plan. If its the...

Re: Update to a new plan?

Hi, I'm wanting to change plans as my existing contract of 12months has finished. I want to change to something different, but each one says I need to make a $20 payment for a new contract. My existing one has run out it's date & I thought once this happened, it would go back to $0. Why am I meant ...

Re: The current AZ-1TB plan special

This is crazy. Why are new customers getting looked after better than existing customers. Are there plans to make it available for existing users to migrate to the new AZ-1TB plan? Thanks. This plan was introduced as a promotional offer to gain new customers to Exetel Currently the plan is only off...

Re: ADSL2+ application

Hi a week ago I applied for my plan to be switched from ADSl 1 to ADSL 2+ and it still says "pending" how long does it take to find out if we are approved? Also I noticed the plan I applied for is no longer available and has been replaced with T20-2-REGION $20.00 $62.50 300 GB ** Is there a way I c...

Re: Details of old plans

Can there please be a place where the details of "retired" plans is made available for review by the people that still have them? Also, why is the line rental of OPF plans $20, but the OP plans available on the "new signup" page only $10 and why don't I have an option to not have the 9000 included ...

Re: Plan change query (new OP plans)

Hi - I just moved to an OT-100 plan a month ago (100GB peak / 100GB off-peak), now I see the new OP plans available (via Optus) on the Exetel website. I'm interested in the new OP3 plan for $44.50 a month with 75GB peak / 75GB off-peak. First of all, are these plans available to current subscribers...

Re: Exetel Residential Mobile Services via the Optus network

Thinking of signing up for M15 Since exetel uses the optus network for its mobile services, will optus users who get free calls or texts to other optus users be able to message me for free? I ask because my current plan with optus allows me to call 5 numbers from optus for free, and I have an exete...

Re: Usage meter too high

Thank you for that. I can't solve this, I had the macbook on for 10 minutes this morning and opened SMH, ebay and facebook and it used 10MB - that definitely doesn't seem right. If I was to upgrade my plan to allow for 10GB peak and 10GB off peak, would my peak and off peak times stay the same as t...
