Re: NEW Fax to email charges

I received an email yesterday informing me that my fax DID was to be charged at $5 per month from April 2012. Does this also apply to Business Accounts (B30, B31, etc), where the fax DID was included in the plan's bundle of services? Harry. No it will not be applied to Business Grade plans. If you ...

Re: Transfer Your Current PSTN Home Number To Exetel VoIP

Contact with sales has been fruitless, ending in the number transfer cannot be done at all. If that is the case the applicant will not be ordering an ADSL service. Upon further research it definitely is possible and has been done (to move a phone number from iiNet VoIP to Telstra PSTN): http://whrl...

Re: Transfer Your Current PSTN Home Number To Exetel VoIP

So transferring an original Telstra PSTN number with iiNet VoIP back to Telstra PSTN then to Exetel VoIP or PSTN is not possible under any circumstances? We can not transfer a VOIP number that you currently have to Exetel VOIP service We can (if enabled) transfer a PSTN number that you have to our ...

Re: Transfer Your Current PSTN Home Number To Exetel VoIP

Is it possible to transfer an iiNet VoIP number to Exetel VoIP or Exetel PSTN? What would the procedure be? The iiNet VoIP number is portable as it was previously ported from Telstra. Is it possible to transfer an iiNet VoIP number to Exetel VoIP or Exetel PSTN? - This is not possible as we can not...

Re: Alternative plans to OCV200?

I got a call from a sale rep, but all she did was tell me how to find the pages where I could change my plans. The fact that I have to pay a plan change fee for *each* service I might want to change is a bit annoying. Also the fact that I can't seem to upgrade or change my CAP35 plan to anything el...

Re: Why does it cost more to change than to get a new plan?

You will not be able to port and apply for a new M plan, while having CAP35 with Exetel. It is technically not possible to Port numbers within the same company. The charge of $50 is the charge that we have to bear when changing plans from one category of plans to another category of plans, eventhoug...

Re: Difficulties understanding WP1 plan pricing...RESOLVED

I have just received the following from Exetel Sales which confirms my original understanding as correct: "Kindly note with the current plan you are getting up to 1000 MB for $15 per month. However if you exceed the 1000MB usage, your will get charge $0.02 per MB." It would seem sensible for Exetel...
