Re: Slightly Revised HSPA Plans
will there still be an option to add a voice service like the HSPA M1 plan? Yes - all sims are activated on the Optus mobile service so any sim can be inserted in a mobile phone and used to make calls at the listed rates. Is that new? Because up until now only the M1 has had calls and SMS activated...

Re: Billed for national VoIP calls
As stated on the plan price page:
* 100 free VOIP calls, 30 free Australian SMS each month, 20 free Australian Email2FAX each month only apply to active customers of these plans.
Cheers

Re: Incorrect usage
To Whom it may concern, since Febuarary 09', l'v been noticing that my usage has been tampered with. I'm the only user of your service and l'v been charged 4GB in Febuary and in March l paid an excess of 3GB, of which l didn't use. Since the 1st of April till now, Friday 10th, 6222GB has been used....

Re: "Local" Times From July 1st 2009
Ditto - some ADSL2 customers connect to @nsw.exetel ... regardless of their state (I know of one in Adelaide who can only connect to @nsw and not @sa). It will be VITAL to know exactly what the criteria is before the end of the month, and before the email is sent to everyone advising of the change. ...

Re: Off peak time didn't change?
Seems to have already been changed for PAYU users. At least, on the plan change page, the changed times (2am/2pm) are now shown as the default. Could someone please check and confirm?
Thanx

Ring Telstra or your local line rental provider and confirm the following; Confirm if you have any telephony complex services such as fax duet, secondary number, rotary function as these will reject you also. These telephony functions will reject your order. Once you have confirmed and deleted the ...

The VoIP calling serice is a "phone card" style service. You want VoIP not "voip calling service".

Also visible here. What browser are you running? Being a Tbird user, I'll assume you're using Firefox. Try with IE from that PC. If you're using IE, try installing and using Firefox but DON'T import all your settings (cache, favourites etc) in case you copy the problem across! If one works and the o...

Re: Many phones/extensions off Voip terminal
Try it and please post your results for others! BTW its only illegal if connected to Telstra. If connected directly to your VoIP device then it shouldn't be illegal, as that is no different to a double adapter connecting 2 phones to a single Telstra outlet (and if you're not using the landline ring-...

Re: New ADSL Plans For July 1st 2009
currently and based on what you have said in this thread the savings to go from a pstn line incl plan to a naked plan and get 6G is only $10/month. Personally i would like to see say 12G data on the entry level naked plan. so perhaps the following: $45.00 for 12 gb peak $50.00 for 24 gb peak $60.00...

Re: Carbon Neutral Update
It is good to know that my ISP and my web host (both Exetel) are 100% carbon neutral (or possibly over 100% which is even better!). Working from home (thus eliminating work-travel) we are looking at switching from our current 10% green energy to 100% green energy, thus moving closer to closing the l...

Re: Listing in the IPND for 000
Maybe so but the option should be there. Exetel should not be deciding on our behalf. If an ATA or modem-based VoIP service is used from home, then the home address should be able to be entered. Exetel could assist by sending a quarterly email requesting the address details be confirmed/verified/upd...
