Try using ports in the range 5061 - 5070 on your SPA8000 as the Billion 'V models' reserves port 5060 for its use

Why do that? It will probably cost you more and you will not have the good upload speed for Voip and file transfer.
Investigate different modems that possibly will give you better performance with your line length.

Have you checked under"view usage"?
I think you will find its being recorded as Peak usage.

Hi I just switched onto ADSL2+ Telstra. My VoIP is not allowing outbound calls. Just gives and engaged signal. I've tried resetting password and wiping out and reconfiguring modems.
