Re: I have this friend who...

One small thing needed - is there an old-fashioned copper telephone connection already in the house, perhaps from pre-cable days? ADSL1 and 2 are carried over standard phone lines, no matter which ISP is used. Hi Dazzled, I "assume" that the Telstra number (073367xxxx) that has just been disconnect...

Re: Outgoing Calls no Longer Work

Re: Outgoing Calls no Longer Work

We have two voip numbers with Exetel on separate accounts. One number is fine for outgoing calls and the other is as described in the rest of this thread. Swapped voip routers but made no difference so it is not hardware related as far as I can tell. Hope it is an Exetel problem as they have far mor...

Re: Do Not Disturb on SPA-3102 VOIP line only - how to????

I don't believe there is a feature to allow for VoIP incoming to be disabled in a do not disturb manner, you could try turning Register off on the Line tab - this will stop registration for incoming calls from VoIP. Just tried that...all outgoing calls made via PSTN line :( Any other suggestions......

Re: Do Not Disturb on SPA-3102 VOIP line only - how to????

I suppose all I really want is for the SPA-3102 to not accept incoming calls from the VOIP service - that's the easy way to explain what I need.

Gidget
No only one VOIP service and one fixed line service. So I want the VOIP on DND and the fixed line NOT on DND.

Thanks
