Re: New website glitches

I knew a new layout was coming, but oh dear! Unprofessional. Why fill the page with rubbish banners like "Awesome"? …. We don't all have teenage eyesight. I'll second that emotion…. Looks like someone from an advertising agency has had a go. Yes I know I can use the old site, but how long will para...

Re: Passing of Mr John Linton

I did not know him, but felt that I did. A unique individual who reached out and helped.
He has made a difference.
My thoughts to his family and friends.

Re: Stop "PremierPlayers Club" spam emails PLEASE

Like I say in my post it's (pretty much) the only Spam I get on my Exetel accounts...BTW - how much is the Exetel spam filtering and where does one find it in User Facilities - I just tried and couldn't locate it bodogbodog the Premier Players Club Spam is not just localised to Exetel, I have been ...

Re: Netflix

I am using the same service that everyone else on whirlpool is using to bypass the geoblock. They are all streaming Netflix in HD . The only difference is that they are going through a different ISP (not exetel). I looked at the Netflix forum and what I find interesting is the amount of comment abo...

Re: Email Address Deleted But Senders Still Can Send Mail! W

Thanks. My complaint is not about Exetel did not delete my account. I can confirm they did because I am unable to log in to webmail. My concern is after my email account is deleted, people can continue to send emails to a deleted account. They should not be able to and Exetel has a responsibility t...

Re: Feature Request - Download multiple invoices

It would be really handy if it was possible to select multiple invoices.. Mort. Good call Mort. I would also suggest being able to generate a single pdf or data file for a range ie: financial year etc. Also it would be great if the data was in a-z order rather than the random manner displayed at th...

Re: Frequent Disconnection

The modem is definitely getting good airflow wengz90, before I got rid of my Netcomm it had all the panels off just to keep it cool. As suggested borrow a modem, or buy a TPLink? cheapo as backup. The Netcomm NB6 have a bit of heat related history with a common issue of caps drying out, hence inter...

It only disconnects for a minute. I am currently using NetComm NB6Plus4W modem.
I had issues with the NB6Plus4W - line dropouts and LAN ports dying, it appeared to be heat related, try making sure that the modem is getting good airflow.

Info on: service_change_plan_adsl2.php and service_change_plan_confirm.php is correct, but when you submit, the error is found on service_change_plan_submit.php.

Error on OT20 order page

The OT20 change service page shows plan $19.50 Optus line rental $20. On the confirm order page it gives Monthly Access Charge: $9.5 Line Rental: $25.00. Also might suggest you show the annual DL limit on the change service page, not the confirm order page . That aside, enjoying the savings...Ta muc...

Re: Customer Referral Scheme

I would like credits on my account, that or Exetel shares :D How about we are given the choice to reinvest into an Exetel advertising program Col, advertising for Exetel would be a waste of money. Seriously, I have laboured in that area for years and it works for some people and some products, but ...

I was happy with my service until January when I was convinced to switch to the new service.
Have you setup your modem to suit the new service (which I assume was from ADSL1 to ADSL2) ?
Also have you looked here http://www.exetel.com.au/c_slowdownload.php and followed these steps?
