There lies half the problem, its doesn't work well in a lot of apps.
Anyway HTML email is there for spammers and scammers.
Send a pdf or link to a HTML if you have to but please dump it in emails, don't give the crooks a leg up.

Not sure Exetel is a club...however the offer seems to be only for people on Optus ports who are new or renew for a 12 mnth contract.

Re: VoIP Server down

I get a message below the table 'You don't have VOIP Calling Service with Exetel.' I see that message also. I didn't quote it here because I could not remember if that bug already existed prior to this latest fiasco. "Voip Calling Service" is for callback prepaid VOIP travel cards, not to be confus...

Re: VoIP Server down

so the problem isn't universal. Indeed it isn't... I have an 02 DID which is working perfectly as usual. I also have an 08 DID that normally is set to call forward to my home PSTN, this has one way audio issue. Yet when that 08 DID is registered in X-Lite all works fine. Go figure. I tried to 'rese...

Re: Exetel User Help Forum - Only For Exetel Users

I also agree with cubic, Munka and Dazzled. When a good friend first suggested Exetel he told me to check out the forum. "They are a no nonsense ISP who give great service at a fair price, but they expect you to look after your end of the deal , however they do provide fantastic help in their forum....

Re: VOIP Calling Card overcharging

Funny... when I go to https://www.exetel.com.au/hspa/calling_card_rates.php?link=link13 or https://www.exetel.com.au/members/calling_card_rates.php I get: Calling Card Charges (22/10/07) Calling From Calling To Price Inc GST Australia Any Australian Location All Other Australia $0.10 (per call) Any ...

Re: New Residential Members Facilities

The development of the drop down options for Support Questions + Billing Questions is much improved.
Perhaps its time to amalgamate the 'To log a new Fault Ticket' and 'To check on the progress of a fault ticket' into one link.

Re: video calls

I was wondering if anyone else is using a similar setup and doing Video calls using Logiteh Vid, if so, how do you keer the connection solid. Hi granny1 my Mum has been using Skype with HSPA and she has about 8 out of 10 success rate, sometimes the video goes a bit wobbly if it is peak time (ie a l...
