Re: Odd speed issue, ADSL2
My sync speeds are good but youtube is pretty bad. It does a lot of buffering. Is this a known problem? Will it be fixed soon?

Re: Stealing Other People's Property
CoreyPlover , I know exactly what I'm talking about when it comes to copyright. I don't need a lecture on copyright. I've worked in the TV industry for 10 years and in the visual arts for another 10 years. I'm usually the one at work that tells people what they can and can't do when it comes to copy...

Re: Stealing Other People's Property
]That sort of argument is complete and utter nonsense. Let me come and steal your car, then tell you that "I wouldn't have purchased your car from you anyway" and we'll see whether you consider that to be stealing or not. That car analogy is totally bogus. If I steal your car you don't have it anym...

Re: Stealing Other People's Property
It isn't stealing if someone downloads things they wouldn't have bought anyway. In this case no one is out of pocket so I can't see how anything has been stolen.

Re: Stealing Other People's Property
I don't use torrents, but the people that I know that use torrents aren't too computer literate and don't know or care much about copyright.

Re: I-phone 3G Plans
I've had one for seven months, and it is nothing special. 1: considering that they are only released tomorrow, I doubt you've had the 3G model for 7 months. 2: you still haven't indicated whether the Vodafone 3G service works through Exetel and what the data rates are. 1. No, i have the current mod...

I thought your problem had nothing to do with video on demand and was a general speed issue.

It's a big mystery. No admission that there was a problem and no comment on whether it was resolved.Doggins wrote:so has this been resolved? the ticket I logged on 7th of June was never responded to, and has now been deleted
