The speeds this morning were terrible and it was only in the last hour or so that things improved. Exetel don't seem to be managing their growth very well. If the network can't cope with new users they shouldn't accept any new users. I've only been with exetel for a week and am very unhappy with net...

Hi, I am a new exetel customer since this week. I have noticed that downloads are very slow after midnight. My speedtest.net result currently says 670 kb/s. I don't use p2p at the moment. My speeds during the day on the same test site are around 7000 kb/s. Are the slow speeds after midnight normal? ...
