It would be good if exetel would acknowledge that there's a problem. I guess I must be reading the MRTG graphs incorrectly but they often look maxed out to me. Even if the problem is backhaul, then exetel should do something about it. It's ridiculous that we can't stream music or video for half the ...

^^^ I'm getting about the same speeds at the moment. I'm on adsl2+ with a 12000 kbps sync and was getting about 9000 kbps at about 10pm.

So far I get the feeling that exetel don't care about the slow speeds during off peak periods. Is anything being done to fix the speed issues?

^^^ That's exactly what happens with my connection. I' m getting 9 megabits at the moment but was getting about 1 megabit this morning. The speed should be more consistent. It's not good enough.
