can't send emails

Hi - since the NSW outage has come back on. I can't send any emails? Do I need to change a setting somewhere?

Hi, the NSW Outage should not have any impact on settings for email services. Is it possible to email us your service details to residentialsupport@exetel.com.au from a secondary (working) email address?
Please be sure to specify which Exetel provided email address is not working and any bounce back/error messages you get when trying to send an email. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

OK I managed to fix it. For some reason password authentication had become unchecked. So just selected that option again. Thanks.
