Gedday All,
Sometime after 10 am today (Tuesday 12/01/21) my 4 email addresses have been deleted from my account. Has some server somewhere been upgraded/serviced, etc?
I can probably add them again but where would the current emails stored on the Exetel servers be found???

Same here. Two of my emails vanished! Rang support, they managed to reset the password, it worked for few minutes, then credentials were invalid again. Please provide an email when the emails will be restored.

@andrewpontes, I know that Exetel mailservers will delete an email account that is unused for 6 months. Maybe this could be your issue??
In my case, I use each of my 4 email accounts daily so I Can't understand why they were deleted. Not visible via Webmail either. On my account page it says I have no email addresses set up???????

Weirdly I can add new email addresses to my account, but not the old ones that were deleted.

Currently ringing Support, waited 10 minutes only to have them disconnect me after 20 seconds on the phone, NOT happy.

Same here, 2 addresses used multiple times daily (this morning in fact)
Please restore these addresses from whatever your backup solution is.

All my email accounts were deleted from my myexetel account ... I had to wait 30 min on the phone to get connected ... once talking to the agent she could see my email addresses, and they have since been restored to my myexetel ...
I guess you'll just have to bite the bullet and sit on hold till you get through ...

Thankfully mine have been restored also. Unfortunately I run one of them as IMAP, and all the stored emails are gone. GGGRRRRR!
