Both are responding normally and handling their usual throughput load. Can you ping them at all?

I'm still unable to send emails, should I log a fault to progress this ?

You were initially blocked for making 100s of pointless connections per minute. I'm assuming you've changed IPs and at the moment I can see you've made one incomplete connection to one of the outgoing smtp servers. Have you tried lowering your MTU?

I've not changed anything, my ip is the same as its always been.

Can you confirm that I have been unblocked ?

Then my assumptions may be invalid. Please PM me with the IP address of the connection you are having problems sending from.
