creating second email address

Post by lski » Wed Oct 07, 2009 6:26 pm

Following the instructions to create a second email address in the ADSL Secure Users Facility. No confirmation code received. Command to enter email address also fails. What am I missing here?
Also, am I supposed to mention the original address or the new one and if so do I use the @exemail.com.au extension as well. Nothing works.

As per https://www.exetel.com.au/members/email ... count.php/ If nobody else has joeblow@exemail.com.au it's yours. Otherwise, if it doesn't want to work, try another name. For confirmation, go to https://www.exetel.com.au/members/email_configure.php.

The easiest test is to go to joeblow@exemail.com.au in webmail at https://webmail.exetel.com.au/ and see if you can login with the email password. Exetel automatically sends you an email to that address when the account is established.
