A similar notification would be useful for HSPA services, which have a policy (though I'm not sure if it is enforced) of terminating the account if the service remains inactive for 2 months
It is not a good way to publish on the website if the user have not visited Exetel website in 'habit'. Everyone has a main email contact account as the one receive monthly invoice notification and maintenance emails.
Email account deletion is a major, SERIOUS operation. It should take it serious and careful.
