Emails not clearing in Webmail

I recently installed Windows 7, and I have noticed that emails deleted from Outlook 2010 do not auto delete from the Exetel Webmail. This means that the Webmail fills to 100% and I have to manually delete from Webmail in order to receive any new emails. Does anybody know if there is a setting somewhere that I need to change so that it deletes from both mail clients at the same time? Thanks.

You are not deleting messages from the server when you download copies from it to your computer. In Outlook there is a box in Advanced: "Leave a copy on the server". Don't select it.

Webmail normally leaves the originals behind on the server. If they are deleted from Webmail before your computer sees them, your computer will never obtain a complete record.
