Can't receive or send email from my webmail address

Have sent a request for help to residential support but just thought I'd try here too.
I haven't changed anything on my account and for the past 48 hours have not been able to receive or send emails from my exemail.com.au email account.
Never had any issue with this before. Any help appreciated.
Bob.

stevecJ,
The problem seems to be with my forwarded emails coming into exemail.
I checked my Server Status at my own Domain name where they are forwarded from and get an error for cpsrvd. (CPSRVD failed)
Have contacted my domain supplier but am not getting any response.
Don't know what to do next?
Is this blocking mail coming into exemail or something to do with my domain name forwarding the emails to exemail?

I understand cpsrvd is something to do with the mail forwarding.
Is this correct?

Thanks for any help.
I'm drowning not waving!!!
Bob

It comes from the cPanel service daemon at your domain, which is good at falling over and being restarted again. You can be sent an email telling you about it. That is, it's about cPanel.

Thanks for the reply Dazzled,
Is it easy to restart cpsrvd yourself?
I read on the net that an admin needed to do it.

Every so often another daemon, chkservd, will monitor that the various processes are running. If not, it restarts the offender and logs a message such as the ones you have noticed.

cPanel itself can be restarted manually on the terminal, including a remote terminal, but you need admin privileges for low level access like this.
