ISP Email

Post by doulamum » Sun Jul 29, 2012 9:56 pm

I am trying to register with a website that only allows ISP issued email addresses.
I only have email accounts with free platforms such as Hotmail and Gmail, and one through my own website, however these can't be used. Does Exetel provide me with an ISP email address? I can't seem to see anything listed in my member details.
Thanks!

Log into the user facility, on the side bar select manage => email, and when there add an account. The service is provided as one of the standard inclusions in your account. You can then either configure an email client in your computer (xxx@exemail.com.au) , or use webmail in a browser (https://webmail.exetel.com.au) , as desired.

PS I can see your problem - the list of inclusions and how to set them up has become obscure after some website changes. You can have up to 20 email addresses. These are configured as POP3, not IMAP, when you configure a device, see http://exewiki.exetel.com.au/index.php? ... tup_Guides
