Webmail really slow

Hey Guys,

Anyone else getting very long wait times for webmail to open \ work ?

Yep, and when it finally opens it displays a "Session: connection failed" error message.

I expect Exetel is looking into it as I write.
Log a fault ticket here
or call Exetel VOIP numbers (02) 8030 1000 or 1300 788 141 (log faults 24x7)

Hi,

I have escalated this issue to our Sys admins for further investigations and created a ticket for future reference (ticket id :6504024) :)
To Log a fault ticket, please click Here or alternatively call Exetel VOIP numbers (02) 8030 1000 or 1300 788 141 (log faults 24x7)
