Email setup and troubleshooting

Hi there. The ACT mail server (pop3.act.exemail.com.au) appears to be down. NSW, Qld etc pop3s are returning pings, but not my beloved ACT. Could someone please have a look?

Currently it's up and running and ping returns without any packet loss.
