Unable to send email

I've been unable to send email today to 2 Hotmail addesses. Return messages all says :
Unfortunately, messages from 220.233.0.71 weren't sent. We recommend that you contact your Internet service provider. The problem is that too many unwanted messages have been sent from the following IP address above. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors.

No not fixed for me. I just tried again and still getting bounces.

Hi. We can see that you have several exemail email accounts with Exetel. Can you advise the exemail email address that you are having difficulties with ?

Furthermore more can you receive any emails from hotmail email accounts ?

If possible try to send an email to a hotmail account using one of the other exemail accounts and check wither you are getting the same bounce back message.

Please let us know the outcome.

I'm still getting bounced hotmail emails from several of my Exetel email accounts. I will PM you the addresses.

Hi PM received.

Can you use "pecan-mail.exetel.com.au" as the smtp server (outgoing mail server address) as a temporally workaround, while we are solving this issue with Outlook. We apologies for the inconvenience.

This issue has been resolved so you need not do any temporary changes. Are you still facing this issue? If so can you please show the error or bounce back you are getting? Please screen the email address and leave only the domain for privacy.

Don't worry. Got it sorted in Thunderbird.

Oh good. I'll undo the changes and put it back to the usual settings. Glad it is fixed.
