2. Type your loging username and password and log in to members facilities. (The username and password of the members facilities which exetel has provided to you)
3. From the Panel on top in green color, move your mouse cursor on top of 'Premium VAS' and select Email
4. From there under the exact exemail account click on edit password and put a new password and click save. so that will be your new password for the email.

When I follow those instructions it says 'There is no email under your account.' But I have had the my email for years with exetel. So not sure what to do there?
