Re-send verification Code doesn't give delivery choice

If I tell it to send the verification code to my Mobile Phone and I don't receive it... when I click the "Resend Verification Code" it won't give me the choice between Mobile Phone and Email (I want to send it to my email this time).

Under which option (location) you try to do this?

Ah sorry, it's when trying to set up an email account in My Exetel. There's a new 2-step verification process involved.

Did you receive a verification code today afternoon? I have sent one as in test mode to your mobile number ending with ......360.

I have further checked with the developing team and tested using your account. If you didn't receive the verification code on your mobile, you need to wait for 2 minutes and try again, so you will have the mobile and email both options again. 2 minutes time need to expire the provided code.
