Email setup and troubleshooting

Several people, 17 people, have been telling us that they are not receiving our (exemail) emails and that they are being sent to their junk folder because they have a virus. Do you know about this? Is there an explanation? How can we fix this?
Can you check, if all 17 people using the email addresses with a common domain or not? ex- gmail or yahoo... etc
Receiving to the junk folder means, not actually getting email blocked or deleted that you sent. Is that a common single email with a specific attachment you have sent, get directed to their junk folder? In that situation, can you send a generic test email without any attachment to the same 17 recipients and check?
