Outlook 2019

Have purchased a new computer with Office 2019, and I am unable to set up my exetel email account in Outlook. Entered the POP and SMPT details but have had no luck.

Thanks for your reply still having problems with the error message "We couldn't connect to the incoming (IMAP) server using specified encryption method. Please check the incoming (IAMP) server encryption method and try again."

The incoming server type should be POP3. Please check the correct location to select the correct type and further to that please enable "require logon using Secure Password Authentication".

Thanks, for that by I am not getting the option to change the server type to POP3, in these options. Where do I make the change?
