Problem connecting to Webmail

I have just set up a new Exemail a/c and I have sent a couple of test send and receive emails, they seem to work if I go into webmail.
But my 2016 MS Outlook client reports that it cannot find the server.
That is I cannot access email from Webmail with Outlook.

I've been over the details a few times and I can't find my mistake. I assume that the username is correct, i.e. my new exemail email address.
But i am not sure which password i should put there, I used the one that I open Webmail with, is that correct?
And another thought, the VOIP phone line is not working yet, could that be the reason?

Thank you for reaching for reaching out. Kindly use your Webmail password to access emails via the email client as well.

Further to that I have forwarded your query on the VoIP service to the relevant team, and they will update you accordingly on this.

Ok thank you rasikak,
the Webmail password is one of them that I tried, but still one more thing.
i will change the password and see if that helps.

I reset my webmail password but that still did not help.
I have read all of the advice and settings posts that I can find and the wiki setup guides, but I still can't see where I am going wrong.
When trying to add the Exemail address to my Outlook it still reports that it cannot find the Exemail server. What could cause that?
Outlook is working well otherwise.
You can see my settings in the thread earlier, what else do you suggest?

I have win 10, Outlook 2016 and no other anti-virus or firewalls, just the new Exetel router.

Thanks for your response. Your screenshot shows "smpt" where it should be "smtp". Can you please correct this and let us know if issues persist?

Woo Hoo, good work IsuruB, You found my mistake.
You are a champion, I looked for an error like that but I could not see it.
I corrected my input and It all works now, of course.

This new connection is more stable than my last one too. I'm happy with Exetel.
