I’ve tried webmail and I get “ Login failed”
I’ve tried everything I can think of.

I have tried again this morning and still cannot download emails. Tried Webmail with my email address and password and still get login fail. Help.

System has detected spam again from your network through the email. Therefore, it has been temporally restricted again and you need to have a deep investigation within your internal devices / network.

I have requested a detailed report from the system administration department. I will send it to you via the same ticket 15692938, as soon as I have received it. Therefore, you can find the root cause for the spam detection.

How can I be sending spam? My virus check has come up empty. No viruses found and I run that on a regular basis. I don’t open suspicion emails nor click on links I don’t know. I have changed the passwords twice. So tell me who in hell Im sending spam.? My internet is secure and password protected as well.
This is driving me crazy.

I have requested them to release the email address again manually, and it has been completed now. Please monitor the email functionality from now on. You should have access by now to the recent password you had set. If the issue persists, we will have a detailed report and check.

I can now receive emails. All 300 plus.

Now some food for thought.
You suspended my email account. The only one I have with exetel. You sent several emails to that same account to tell me it was suspended. That's right the same account I couldn't get into so how would I know it was suspended if you send it to the account I can't get into?
May I suggest that the user can nominate a secondary email address outside of Exetel ( Hotmail, Gmail) that could be used to send said emails to so the user is not left in the dark.
Even easier would be to send a text message to a mobile number if said user has provided one such I have.

Good to hear the email account is back working now. I have a clear idea of your suggestion and I will pass that to the system administrators.
