Unable to add email to Cerberus Helpdesk

I put in an email address
Get sent the confirmation email.
Successfully confirm my email address.

My email does NOT show in the Drop down box when I try to open a ticket

You are able to email residentialsupport@exetel.com.au to open a ticket - you may wish to include info about the ticket problem so we can look at this also.
