Hi I submited notification of termination of services without knowing that exetel will caharge full amount for a month even I will have conection for only 4 days in next month. I would know if I could change notification so exetel do not charge me for full month. I would terminate conection from 28.02.009 .I am not under contract and I am customer of exetel for last 5 years .Never had any problems with them or them with me .So I think they should be honest to customers that spend 5 or more years with exetel/Question if somebody could halp me would be can I change my request for termination of my service so I can avoid extra charges. Thenks all :?:

Send an email to residentialsupport@exetel.com.au as soon as possible. They may be able to quickly alter the cancellation request. Otherwise, there is really nothing you can do about it
