Can't log a fault ticket: no items in (mandatory) pulldown

I can't log a fault ticket.. there are no email addresses available to choose from in the (mandatory, marked with *) pulldown menu.

Any ideas?

On this particular issue, I tried adding an email address to the account.. didn't help with the problem.
