is anyone else having trouble getting facebook.com to respond?

attempting to connect directly times out.

connecting via a proxy external to exetel works fine

it's feasibly a routing problem back to me (i'm on a routed network), but other websites seem to work fine

I was on there last night at the same time you posted this so I don't think there was any problem on Exetel's end, next time you have a problem like this run a tracert to the site and post the results
