Can not access

My account has been blocked due to usage. I am unable to access the unblock page however, and I can not email support as all my email is web based. How do I get my service unblocked?

If I had seen this post a couple of hours ago I would have suggested ringing Exetel but the Support Queue closed at 9:30 pm.

I presume you have tried power cycling your modem?

If that didn't/doesn't help you'll need to contact Exetel in the morning.

Log a fault ticket here
or call Exetel VOIP numbers (02) 8030 1000 or 1300 788 141 (log faults 24x7)
