I've logged a ticket and got a non helpful response and no response in the last 11 hours so I'll try here ...
I get the following response when attempting to send an SMS via email. The sender mobile number is verified.
The sending email addresses for email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org have been registered with the verified mobile number but none appear to work.
The password is always copy / pasted and has been visually rechecked.
Here's what I get back from the sms gateway service as a reply email:
