Unable to Access Message Bank on adsl2 service

After receiving a message on home phone and calling the message bank on *96 and type in my full number
I put in my password and it has not acknowledged it as the correct one, every time now I access it, it now returns a
comment saying the account has no access to the system.

Any help please?
