P2P - Am I being throttled?

P2P - Am I being throttled?

Hello,

Can anyone from Exetel tell me if my P2P is being throttled? If someone from Exetel can PM me, I'm happy to give my details.

I'm trying to work out why (all of a sudden) my P2P performance is so terrible. I just want to rule out the cause being Exetel throttling me. When I go to speedtest.net, my speed seems correct (for my plan).
