My website is not visible (domain was with another carrier) and while I have a domain with Exetel it has not been linked up yet, so in the mean time is it possible to find out the IP address instead?

I have done this as of yesterday but no meaningful (or timely) response.
Would the situation be any different if Help Desk access was granted to all customers including web/hosting only customers or are they considered to be second class customers in the view of Exetel management?
