Hi,
reported problem, 14/02/2014

Ref No 7591734

Told service would be fixed by 7.00pm 18/02/2014

stayed home all day.

Have NOT heard from anyone about the progress of this

Phoned exetel 8.00pm 18/02/2014, told to ring 19/02/2014

Called to be told you are 6th on the queue........

Can you just give me an update on this forum as to when the service will be fixed?

Update...
Exetel are going to give me an update daily

Technician could not make it on 18/02/2014

New date set....fix by 25/02/2014

They have expidited the job...rolls on floor laughing..to the 25th

Hi,

just to give exetel an update to what is actually happening.

Telstra turned up today (thanks exetel for letting me know), lucky I was home.

The first task was to check Network Boundary Point.

Dead as a door nail.

Pulled new line from pit.

All working.

Case will be closed if no response received within the next 24 hours.
