Unable to log into the "my exetel' section

HI
I cannot log into My Exetel section of Exetel which means I cannot see or change my plan etc
I have no trouble logging into the forums.
This has been ongoing for a while now and although my details have been confirmed and tested by Exetel staff I cannot access My Exetel

Please help

Hi Geoff,

I have checked your account and cannot find any issues with the login stage. Therefore I have reset and sent a temporally password to your nominated mobile number ending with ...... 324 . Go through the URL https://www.exetel.com.au/my_exetel and enter the username as your provided gmail email address and the password is the one I have sent to the mobile. As soon as you have logged in, it will ask you to reset to your own password and save.

I tried those login details but still nothing works, FWIW my email address was incorrect in the text message I received from Exetel

I have it sorted, I have no idea why all my details are incorrect in the system
