The faq says "If you need to discuss your service or opt-out of CG-NAT, you can call our technical support staff on 13 39 38."
I have raised a support ticket rather than calling, but got no response at all.
I have multiple services now that i have sold (being a dealer) that i want to have proper ip addresses - some moved from adsl to nbn and lost their ip. Surely i dont have to call in for each of them?

Hi,
Both of the request on ticket ref: 14810636 and 14810654 have been escalated individually towards Exetel's management therefore once an update is received (Usually within 24h) we will provide you with an update via the same tickets as an email
Thank you for your patience.

going from having static ips to cgnat is a big blow to exetels product. from a dealers perspective, its very disappointing.

With the development of the technology some changes in the infrastructure have to be implemented based on the demand of the high number of users.bytefoundry wrote: ↑Sun Apr 14, 2019 4:46 pmgoing from having static ips to cgnat is a big blow to exetels product. from a dealers perspective, its very disappointing.

Im just giving feedback as a dealer. This decision has turned a strong product in to a weak product. From a positive feature to a negative for many users.
And problems with NBN all being delivered through OW is making it harder still.
